Leith's is available for letting all year round.

• Pets are welcome
• No-smoking house
• Electricity, heating, fuel, gas, wi-fi, linen and towels are included in the charge
• House cleaned and linen changed weekly during longer lets

There is a 10% discount if a booking is made for two or more weeks.

Arrivals and departures

Weekly bookings run from Saturday. Entry is available from 3pm and departure time is 10am, unless special arrangements are made at time of booking.

Deposit

A deposit of 20% of the total cost is payable when the booking is made. The booking is confirmed when the deposit is received.

If a booking is made less than four weeks before the arrival date, the full amount is payable to confirm the booking.

The balance is payable four weeks before arrival date.

Deposits will be refunded if the booking is cancelled five weeks before arrival date. Deposits will not be refunded for later cancellation.
